Packers (β10) vs. Bears β 2 units
While the Packers were being taken to school by the Vikings last week, the Bears were playing in a rare Lake Michigan hurricane. The Bears win over the 49ers was a bit misleading as they were the beneficiary of the elements and they forced a couple of key turnovers to upset San Francisco.
Weather wonβt be a factor in Green Bay Sunday night when the Bears face their nemesis, Aaron Rodgers. Clearly, Rodgers and the Pack miss Davante Adams, now making his home in Vegas. That said, the return of Alan Lazard from injury will certainly help the receiving corps, and despite Rodgers having to deal with an inexperienced, yet talented receiving corps, heβll find the going easier against a Bears defense that no longer boasts playmakers Akiem Hicks and Khalil Mack.
On the other side of the ball, Justin Fields is a talented young quarterback, but he plays behind a sieve of an offensive line, who was pressured on nearly half of his dropbacks last week. The Packers will force some turnovers in this one. Green Bay has covered the last six against the Bears and we think that Aaron Rodgers and company will continue to βown the Bearsβ. We see 10βs across the board.
