Baker Mayfield led a stunning fourth-quarter comeback last week over the Raiders, having only been with the team for a couple of days.  Impressive, no doubt.  While he will benefit from an extra week of preparation, going on the road in December to Green Bay will be a more significant challenge.  The Pack has had a down year by their standards, but they still have a strong pass defense, allowing 193 yards per game through the air.  The run defense has been the problem, and the Rams would be wise to try to attack Green Bay on the ground.  Further, there is a reason that Carolina waived Mayfield – he was having a terrible year.  To expect him to turn it around on a dime is unrealistic.  We expect a hangover from last week’s improbable win, and for the Packers to win the time of possession battle.  Look for Mayfield to go under his posted total of 190.5 passing yards.  We’ll play this at MyBookie.
