The Las Vegas Raiders seemed to have turned a corner and were playing some pretty damn good football behind Devante Adams and Josh Jacobs – and then they experienced yet another nightmare finish in their Thursday night loss to the Rams. The Patriots took care of business against the Cardinals after Kyler Murray was lost for the season on the third play of the game. The Patriots were also bit by the injury bug in the game, losing WR Davante Parker and RB Rhamondre Stevenson. The status for both is in doubt this week. The Raiders are hoping to have Darren Waller and Hunter Renfroe back as both are listed as questionable on the latest injury report. The Patriots’ offense has been pedestrian, having not reached 300 yards in five of their last seven. The Raiders also have a significant rest advantage having played on Thursday while the Pats played Monday night – and this game is the 2nd of back-to-back west coast swings. We’ll grab the rested and angry Raiders and lay the short one-point line. We’ll play this one at Bovada.
