The Cincinnati Bengals are on a tear recently, having won and covered seven straight. They welcome Josh Allen and the Bills to the Jungle on Monday Night in what should be a close game and could be a playoff preview. The play we are making on this one is all about the number. Cincinnati’s team total is set at 24 in some shops and a juiced 23.5 in others. 24 is the most important key number when it comes to team totals and we are catching Joe Burrow, Jamar Chase and friends below this pivotal number. What makes this more attractive is that the Bills will put points up in this game. Last week, the Bengals scored 22 points in the first half against New England, and put up 442 yards in total offense for the game. They never crossed 24 total points, however, because they took such a commanding lead, they took the air out of the ball in the second half, and nearly lost because of it. We’ll see no such issues in this one, as these teams are far more likely to trade punches. Buffalo’s secondary will be overmatched by arguably the best wide receiver corps in the NFL. Burrow should be set for a big night and we wouldn’t be surprised to see Cincy’s 23.5 team total eclipsed before the start of the 4th quarter. We’ll go over 23.5 at Bovada.
